At Prive Luxury Spa, we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and a luxurious experience. We understand that there may be instances where you might need to request a refund or reschedule your appointment. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate all our clients and maintain the quality of our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice: Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
2. Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure that every client leaves satisfied with our services. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience, we offer the following refund options:
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to address your concerns and offer a resolution, which may include a complimentary follow-up service or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
- Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid packages are subject to a pro-rata calculation based on the services already used. Any unused portion of the package may be refunded or credited towards future services.
- Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be redeemed within their validity period. They can be transferred to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Product Refunds
If you purchase a product from Prive Luxury Spa and are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all product returns.
